Sellers View...Reflecting on the past decade spent in Swanmore Close, I can confidently say it has been the most fulfilling period for our family. We embarked on this journey as a trio, and now departing as a quartet, ready to embrace a new chapter in a different part of the country.
Back in 2014, when we were in search of a home, Swanmore Close captivated us instantly with its spacious layout, serene surroundings, and welcoming community. Our children have thrived here, with the primary school just a stone's throw away. They've enjoyed the freedom of safely riding scooters and bicycles along our street, while the nearby green spaces provided ample opportunities for football matches, playground adventures, and leisurely strolls along the river on sunny afternoons.
Initially, we envisioned Swanmore Close as our forever home, which prompted us to invest considerable effort in making it even more inviting. From designing a cozy front porch to meticulously organizing our coats and shoes, to completely renovating our kitchen, bathrooms, and conservatory, we spared no expense in creating a space that we truely love. Our commitment to sustainability led us to upgrade all our lighting to energy-efficient LEDs, enhance heating systems, and install triple-glazed windows upstairs, ensuring that our home remained both eco-friendly and comfortable, with warmth and brightness permeating every corner.
Fond memories of our time in this house will linger, and we'll miss it dearly. We sincerely hope that the next family who calls this place home will find as much joy and contentment here as we have.

Area View...Swanmore Close is a superb location, bringing nostalgic memories for us as we grew up here and walked to Maiden Erleigh school and played football in the fields. Nearby you have Maiden place shops, bus routes around town and to schools and walks through green space. This home is positioned in a cul de sac which is very quiet and you have a cut through at the bottom taking you on all of the walks. It really is a great place to bring up your family
